1 PETER 5:6-7
Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. 7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
Cast your job stress and pressures on Him.
Cast your stretched financial realities on Him.
Cast your brokenness on Him.
Cast your longing to find that right person on Him.
Cast your medical concerns and uncertainties on Him
Cast your depression on Him.
Cast your relational pain and hurt on Him.
Cast your uncertain future on Him.
Cast your addiction on Him.
Cast your loneliness on Him.
Cast your daunting mental thoughts on Him.
Cast your insecurities on Him.
Cast your _________________ on Him.
Cast "all", which means "all", on Him!! Why? He deeply cares for you.

Pause and pray. Pray over the Scripture and listen to what God is saying to you. Celebrate God's presence and hand your requests over to Him.
