What would happen if we went back to the days of our childhood when naps were non negotiable and pinky promises of the playground were sealed with all of the trust in the world? Imagine what would happen in our lives if we allowed ourselves to say "yes" to the promise of rest and let our mind and bodies just recharge? It's time to give up the feelings of guilt, full time rush, and trust in God's promises.

We search for peace in a world that has no chance of offering sustainable results. However, Jesus gives us the antidote to live a life without fear through the promise of the Holy Spirit.

When we look at the condition of our world, it can cause worry, fear, and anxiety to to ocuupy our thoughts and control our lives. But if we begin to see our world through the lens of God's promises, we will see life as an opportunity to pursue, and not battle we fight alone.

We've all been let down by broken promises, but Jesus makes promises that never fail. He promises that the Holy Spirit, our ultimate Helper, will always be with us. This assures us that we are never alone, never abandoned, and always filled with hope.
